Booked my appt online for safety recall. It worked and was confirmed. Even let them have a few days to order parts. Day of appt get email saying my service was changed to a lube, oil change and no mention of the safety recall. Even the advisor was changed. Showed up 10 mins early to have be told I couldn't have recall done. Apparently you can't schedule anything like that online but I did.
I have gone there in the past and have had horrible experiences and stopped. Only go because of the recalls but this is getting annoying. At least the service write was nice and basically told me not to worries and it's not a bad deal because they make mistakes and rarely check what's being scheduled online. So why be worried!
Avoid at all costs!
Maybe they will try and fit me in before the end of the year.
