  • We called these guys because of a "free" AC checkup as a result of signing up for ADT home security. Orangutan did an inspection and told us it was a safety hazard and that we would need a complete replacement of the A/C to a tune of $7000 or else something might blow up. This didn't seem right to us, so we called another technician out, without mentioning what Orangutan had told us. They cleaned out the pan on the A/C and when we asked about the condition of the unit, they said it was fine. WATCH OUT FOR THESE GUYS! They're probably getting a kickback from ADT also...
