  • If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. The employee and management staff are as incompetent as you can be.... I called to make an appointment for a fully synthetic oil change, when after waiting for 40min, I was told that they "couldn't remove the oil filter cap" without using pliers because it was on too tight. They also said that if they were to use the pliers and the cap broke.. I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for the fee of ordering a new one; and waiting up to two hours for a replacement from the dealership. What a joke. I asked them if they tried using the pliers.. "No." They were so unapologetic and disinterested that I began to wonder if they knew how to do oil changes in the first place. I would NEVER recommend someone get there car serviced here. I ended up making an appointment at Babbit Motor Works, which is a 5 star establishment. This place should be shut down.
