  • Fried Hair, Terrible Manager, Poor Service I am a blonde and I left here with green/blue hair. My stylist told me it was pretty. What?!? I came back immediately to have it fixed and I left here with brassy roots and uneven highlights. (As shown in photos). The Manager Kati would NOT refund my money and never apologized how highly inconvenienced I was. She was extremely rude over emails (she wouldn't even talk to me in the phone), just terrible manager skills if that's what you can even call her. She blamed my bad dye job on me! Unbelievable. This place is always dirty too. I feel if you are paying $140 you should leave here feeling beautiful and fabulous. I will never ever go back. Do not have Lara touch your hair. They lost a loyal client of 5 years.
