Recently had an issue with service, left a displeased review, and was later contacted by the owner, Dusty. He was extremely courteous and went out of his way to ensure my happiness and satisfaction with the company.
I think when companies "mess up" it isn't the mistake that matters - but how they remedy it. That is the true test of quality customer service. I was beyond impressed with the genuine courtesy that my issue was handled with. It shows me they are a company not only concerned with getting customer, but with keeping them, which in my experience, isn't s common quality.
Highly recommend. Quality product (I had a water bug nest in my back yard which scarred the living daylights out of me every role I came across one) and tried other bug companies, sprays at home, etc., but nothing helped eliminate the problem until GM came.
