  • My first visit to wonderful foot spa was an unsuccessful one. I received a massage from a new staff member on her very first day who didn't have the proper training. Upset and disappointed, I wrote my review, truly not expecting to ever be contacted. I was contacted directly the very next day by the owner of wonderful foot spa! He investigated my situation and ensured me that I would be taken care of and that it would not happen again! He offered me a choice of either a full refund or to come back and give them another chance free of charge. Yesterday I returned and I'm glad that I did! The management and team are very friendly and helpful and they truly care about their customers! Most foot spas would not care about a complaint and would never offer anything to accommodate you. On my second visit, since I was not in pain, I was able to notice some positives about this establishment! One of the cleanest, quietest and more comfortable foot spas that I have visited. It's so quiet that when the air kicks on it almost startles you because there is no noise. Lots of other spas you hear talking and have your massage interrupted so the door or phone can be attended to. I did the 75 minute massage and they do a really great job covering all areas that need attention. They also have a stamp card to receive discounts after so many visits. The guy that massaged me made sure I was comfortable the entire time and did a great job! I'm grateful that the staff was eager to get me back in! I live right around the corner so would love to come back again. Wonderful foot spa will definitely take care of you... and you can have the peace of mind knowing that if you are unhappy that they genuinely care about their customers, appreciate your business and will accommodate all of your needs. Thank you!
