  • I can't believe there aren't any reviews for Y2 Yoga in Cotswold yet. I wrote a review years ago on Yoga One which was my go-to yoga studio previously. I've been going to Y2 on and off since they opened in their old tiny, cramped space studio. Since Y2's reopening I find that it keeps getting better and better. I have to say without a doubt that Y2 offers & delivers the most intense power yoga workout in Charlotte. The instructors are fabulous and they keep me on my toes literally & figuratively with their creative classes. Y2's yoga is not for the faint of heart but you are always encouraged to work at your own pace. I personally want to push myself when I am there and Y2 has allowed me to reach beyond my "perceived" limits. I love the new studio, towel service, dressing rooms (with what- 6 showers?) and a schedule with tons of options to fit my crazy schedule. I don't love the sweaty gymnasium style floors but I've gotten over that. Y2 is a top notch facility and deserves a 5 star rating. ' p.s (from the peanut gallery) I would love to see some additional seating/benches in the front lobby
