  • Worst store I have been to. If you ever go in avoid rachel worst sales rep that seemed clueless about everything. Someone needs to take her back into training and educate her on the things verizon has to offer and how to give good customer service. Having been a customer for this long I've never encountered someone who made me feel uncomfortable and like an idiot. Wonder if Sprint would do the same. Might have to check then out this weekend.
