  • A few months ago I went to Charlotte, NC to visit family & I came into this store looking for a harness for my dog who I brought in store, I was not familiar with this pet store and I was looking all around for something that would fit my dog, finally after multiple minutes went by I had to approach a lady (short with blonde hair, a little on the big side) and ask for help, she was very dismissive and just pointed in the general area of where I should go (the same spot I've been looking around this whole time) later, another younger lady with long blonde hair approached me & asked if I finding everything alright I explained what I was there for & she helped me. The only reason I am rating this location 4 stars is because of the help I got from the other employee. I will not be returning.
