I am a very satisfied customer of U-Wireless. I previously had AT&T, before that I had Verizon, and I was never happy with the arbitrary charges they added to my bill. Pre-paid service solves that problem and U-Wireless helped me choose a very inexpensive plan which met all my needs. I'm saving money and getting better service than ever before.
U-Wireless operates the way all phone sales and service should operate: as an independent retailer of multiple services and multiple hardware platforms all together with a knowledgeable clerk to explain it. At this shop I can easily compare everything at once and get the required advice to make a good decision.
At first I kept my old dumb phone, then U-Wireless helped me upgrade to an old Android phone, and I was satisfied with the service for two years. Recently I wanted to upgrade and I went back to see Noah and Jose because I trust them. They kindly took the time to educate me, which I really appreciated. I felt no sales pressure from them at all and ended up buying a nice newer phone, a refurb which they special ordered for me. They even gave me a bit of a discount and waived the fee to switch the phone service.
I'm not a Spanish speaker but a many U-Wireless customers are. There is always a Spanish speaker in the shop to serve those customers.
