Sales guy came to our door, was great. Really nice explained everything to us. We signed a contract for one year and had our initial service scheduled for the next day.
Service day, kid came through did a really quick spray of our house indoor and outdoor, but missed half of our service.
Did not put down sticky pads, didn't treat our ant hill, (all this was supposed to have been done) and what really upset me is that he had us open our garage for him to spray, and when he was done didn't even tell us he was leaving. Just left. My garage was left open. He could have at least had the courtesy to tell us he was leaving, and he was all done in the garage.
When I called this morning to have them come back and re-spray since bugs aren't dying and to finish the service since it wasn't completed the first time, the woman at the office was rude, kept speaking to me as if I was stupid and didn't understand English. It was so frustrating that I kept trying to explain my concerns to her and she just kept cutting me off and telling me why I was wrong. Because of her I will be terminating my contact with them after the year is up.
Also they say they guarantee their services, but they really don't. They end up just trying to get you to pay again. That to me isn't a service guaranteed. I've had other pest control companies at other homes I've lived in and when you call back with an issue they come out no problem and take care of the issues. Not just try and make up for the incomplete service.
