| - I like to support mom and pop local businesses, especially horse related ones, and as a barn owner, I try to refer my clients to them as well. But when they treat their customers badly, well that chaps me! I bought a bunch of tack and supplies from this feed store right around the corner a couple weeks ago. When I bought it, I told the owner it was for a very small pony, and I was worried it would be too big. He told me no problem, bring it back if it didn't fit. I brought a few items back today, with the tags still on, never used, with the receipt, and the son who was minding the store told me too bad, they have a no return policy. I asked if he could check with his father, and he told me no. Ya know, I've stuck up for these people many times because I feel bad for them, and I know the store is struggling. But apparently they have earned their bad reputation. Take your business elsewhere- they don't deserve our support.
