Fast forward 4 months. After paying everything in full, I get a statement with a credit applied, another $140 billed to insurance and $21 that I owe. As near as I can figure, this is to cover the cost of the ceramic blank used for my crown that broke during fitting - not my problem. They should be eating that. But I guess they see if differently. Of course if they actually bothered to show an itemized nilling, I would know for sure.
The worst part ... the FIRST AND ONLY bill I received was for the $21 ... and it was marked, OVER 90 DAYS PAST DUE, please pay immediately.
Total BS.
I called and left a message and got a short voicemail a week later that the $21 is indeed what I owe.
I will pay when it is convenient for me to drop by ... that will be that time I darken their doorstep.
Another place goes from 5 stars to 1 star ... for something minor.
