rev:text	DO NOT LIVE HERE! YOUNG RENTERS, MILITARY MEMBERS, OR PEOPLE WITH PETS!!! My apartment was a mess when I moved in and I got charged for all of those things when I moved out. I kept my apartment in immaculate condition because of hearing all of the deposit horror stories. They charged me for stains on the carpet that were THERE WHEN I MOVED IN! they said there were multiple damages. They also tried to charge me a basic "cleaning and painting" fees that were not determined on your " damages" but on the size of your apartment. office staff will come up with excuse after excuse no matter what it is for. If you value your money don't waste your time here. You will waste your money on half assed put together apartments where your cabinets will be FALLING OFF THE WALLS (WHICH THEY JUST BARELLY PUSH UP AND CAUK BACK ON), stains in the carpets (that they claimed they replaced,) and tacks in the walls (that they claimed they repainted.) They take advantage of young renters and military members. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
