I am so glad that other people have had a pleasant time with this dealership. My experience has been absoultely horrible. I have had to deal with them not servicing me when i originally went to their establishment for the purchase of my vehicle to them putting the wrong tags on the vehicle and reporting them as stolen, to now waiting two weeks for someone in their financial department to return my call. I am all about customer service and the service I have recieved has made me hate the Lexu brand. To a point, I blame myself because I should have taken my business to an establishment that puts their customer's needs first
