  • Mr. Bassett doesn't complete a full exam when a patient is suffering from ear pain. I have had ear pain constantly for over a month and went to see him. While he certainly made it clear that the discomfort I was also feeling into my jaw wasn't cause by my ear but rather the other way around, he made it quite clear that he wasn't the least bit concerned with where my pain was radiating from or what the root cause may be. He did a quick 2 second look into both ears and diagnosed that the chronic pain I'd been feeling must be "in my head" figuratively because he didn't see anything wrong. What kind of "professional" is this? What type of "specialist" is he really when he doesn't seem the list bit concerned about truly diagnosing an issue? I will never return to this doctor, nor will I ever refer any one to him, even my enemies should be avoid his "services" for lack of a better term.
