Was skeptical about returning to make my 6th car purchase today, based on a semi negative experience during my most recent purchase in 2016. Should have followed my gut!
I Simply requested if the sales manager, could make minor adjustments to the sticker price due to my multiple purchases and loyalty. ( 6 car purchases in 4 years). He became argumentative and quite condescending as if I, the customer, offended him by asking for the best deal available being a long term, repeat customer! What a customer disservice. I feel completely disrespected.
