  • I will not come back here. The site says prices range from $800 - $5,000; however, when I attended my appointment and indicated my range is around $1500 with flexibility, a lady (assuming the manager, not the consultant/assistant) told me "well most of their dresses are above $2000", in a judgmental tone. I just didn't appreciate the attitude - it would simply involve giving me more info - say you only have a few in that range - I can work with that but this was not the case. And she asked me my budget within seconds of arriving before I even caught her name then never saw her again. Luckily there were two other very sweet ladies that assisted me. I picked a dress I liked and asked for the cost, they told me to try it on first then they would tell me (?). I asked again after I tried it on and with no answer, they asked me if I liked it. I hen asked about sizing of the dress, and they said they could tell me when I get fitted for it, and I couldn't take any pictures! I understand it's a business, and some details must be kept under wraps, but perhaps work on the delivery so as to not make the customer feel ..awkward? I've gone to several other places since then ranging from expensive boutiques to larger more affordable stores, and across the board, I had much better experiences elsewhere. Mind you, the two assistants who helped me were nice, but the refusal to provide clear answers then pushing me to buy the one dress I tried on so I can get a better deal as it would be off the rack together with everything else was simply an experience I hope to forget.
