This is a mixed review. We drove about an hour to get some St. Joseph day pastries. They were very good. They had two kinds 1) with custard filling and 2) with ricotta cream filling. We also had lunch. The meatball hero was amazing plus the turkey, roast beef and cheese hero was stacked high with ingredients and reminded me of being back east. The grocery store has some amazing Italian pastas, drinks from back east and other amazing stuff to make a great Italian dinner at home. The pastries were very good, I did not like the cake frosting on the chocolate eclair but the custard was very good not to sweet and the napoleon tasted very good as well. The cookies I thought were a little over price @ $11.00 a pound and you only get about 6-8 cookies for that price. I say this is a mixed review because I tried the baked ziti also and it was very very dry, tasted like it was a day old and the pasta sauce was very very acidic. It actually made me throw up. I originally wanted to try their pasta because I was looking to have them cater an event but after trying the very dry pasta which made me throw up I decided to use another restaurant. The sandwiches and pasties are amazing. Customer services rocks. I would not go out of my way to go here but if I was in the neighborhood I would stop in just for the sandwiches and a yoohoo.
