Going in, I had high expectations. My all time favorite ice cream place is Creamistry in California, and that's the only place I've ever had liquid nitrogen ice cream. I don't think this place beats it, but I like it enough to return! :)
My favorite thing about this spot is all the unique flavors and toppings! I got the matcha with boba and my boyfriend got the Hokkaido with mochi. The ice cream was really creamy, and the toppings were soft. The consistency was airy and fluffy, so it melted quickly, which wasn't my favorite, but the flavor of the ice cream was perfect. Strong matcha and not too sweet.
I definitely get SoCal vibes from this place too! They have a grass wall with "Make it Sweet" for IG pics and a jumbo jenga set. The place is clean and nicely decorated, but I wish they had an opening where they made their ice cream so the nitrogen gas could flow through the shop! I think that'd be really cool.
Overall, I like it a lot, and I'll definitely be back!
