  • My review of McDougal services is based on my first impression. I made an appointment for May 4 with whoever in the office could do an eye examination for my kids. When I arrived a young man notified me that my appointment was not until the 11th. They apologized briefly for the error and went on as if nothing had happened. In this age of technology an e-mail confirming or changing the appointment could have avoided the misunderstanding. They did not treat me as a customer /patient. I would not recommend this business
