| - Out of the choices, this restaurant seemed to offer a bigger variety of entrees with lots of vegetables than the other restaurants. A better choice than the others if your health conscious, maybe a little more sodium than what you should consume but that can be washed away with some water throughout the day. The vegetable were cooked very well, nice crisp green beans. They offer brown rice as a base our you can probably ask for double veggie. The food was delicious, not as salty as I thought based on previous reviews. I don't understand why folks compare it to the actual restaurant which I've had experienced before. The restaurant style is not necessary as an airport option, this passport edition add the same theme with similar food items but you don't have the option to build your own bowl which is understanding being the location and the amount of available options nearby. Making it exactly like the real restaurant may eventually fail or cost too much to run. Cooking style is the same, on the big round flat top grill. I'm assuming is Mongolian style, I don't know, I'm not Mongolian. The clerks were professional, attentive, and have a keen eye. He spotted my military ID when I pulled out my wallet and applied the military discount which is very generous and very appreciated. The portion is just right, who wants to stuff themselves before a flight. You get about a little over 2 cups of food. I requested the to-go option to get the reusable plastic container so that I can prep some heathy meals during my business trip. I forgot to bring some. Aside from the sushi place in the food court, this place would be my pick. I have a thing about trying not to consume raw foods before a flight in case I get sick during the flight, not a good choice but I guess if you're a sushi fanatic, have at it. Well I hope you have a safe flight and I hope you like my review.
