  • Went there a year ago saw Dr Hartman and he was wonderful great bedside manner, patience, went over everything basically took his time to explain things. Got my progressive glasses which were better than bifocals, but as time went on almost a year I thought it was me and I just couldn't get use to these new type of glasses. Went for my yearly check and Dr Hartman asked how I was doing with my glasses and I told him I didn't like them and why, he immediately said well we need to check them out to see what's happening and sure enough Nick the eyewear specialist noticed the manufacturer made a mistake in my glasses, so long story short they get them fixed at no cost to me even though the warranty was expired. So kudos to Dr Hartman and Nick along with rest of the most welcoming staff.
