  • I took a class with Emily last night and while being tortured in the best way possible I knew it was time to write my FIRST ever Yelp review. Since my first class Kate, Chase and the entire team have been so friendly and welcoming. When I first went in for the beginners class I felt a bit overwhelmed by the Megaformer machines but Kate walked you through everything slowly so you could get comfortable and you still got an amazing workout in the process. The instructors walk back and forth through class with great music going and know every student by name encouraging you along the way to keep going. Every time I feel like taking a break I hear "Great job Amy" and keep hanging in. They are responsive to emails and questions and have a great juice bar too so you make sure you take advantage of that. I know it's tempting to run over to Heist for a beer, but after a great workout grab some clean juice and then meet your friends on the patio and recommend they come try it out with you next time! **They also have a small parking lot in the back which is a HUGE plus for someone like me who gets parking anxiety.
