  • LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff. They've always been so nice and accomodating and very personable. Just tired of the rates CONSTANTLY going up. Where's the customer loyalty. This is why I rated them 1 star, otherwise, they would have received 5 stars. Moving to another storage unit where I won't incur the yearly or bi-yearly rate increase.
