  • I went here a couple of weeks ago and got a cut and color, since I haven't found anywhere else I really liked. They were able to get me an appt the day after I called, which was nice, but the stylist was not only seeing another customer at the same time, but told me that he didn't have enough time to complete a lift and color. Ok, I thought, even though I was a bit grumpy since I asked for enough of a time slot to have full color and cut finished. Then, however, I had to guide him step by step into *not* giving me the equivalent of an 80s style secretary hair cut. I finally decided to get something simple (asymmetrical short cut) and he kept looking at me like o was crazy as I told him to keep cutting more hair on one side ("Oh, so you want a *really* asymmetrical cut") and kept having to emphasize that I really wanted the back cut short so I didn't have an asymmetrical mullet. Then he got cranky and didn't even get the little whisky hairs off of my neck after it was cut. Perhaps I got him on a bad day, but I wasn't really satisfied either time I went here to get my hair done.
