  • I used them twice: the first time I had a sports jacket that was done nicely. The second time I had a new pair of pants that needed a couple if spots cleaned. The horror: only one area was cleaned. The other spot was smudged all over the back pocket. The worse part is that a red spot appear from no where on both sides. Trying to clean that, the original color was rubbed of and I was left with the red color and faded pair of pants. In short: total loss of a brand new pair of pants. To make matters worse, the lady behind the counter denied and didn't take any responsibility for the worse job I ever got at a dry cleaners. STAY AWAY!!!
