rev:text	If I could give 0 stars I would but that is not an option. My pedicure chair was facing the clock on the wall and my massage was not even close to being 10 minutes long as the menu states. She didn't take any time to work on my calluses. All she ended up doing was shredding my heels up worse than when I walked in. Should I even get started on my polish job?!?! I have nail polish all over my skin, the fibers from the cotton are all over my nails and she even painted over the fibers which I am now trying to pick off. I told her there was a lump on my toe nail under the polish and her EXACT response was "honey, I do second coat and you no see". I was in such shock that she had said that to me that I didn't even comment after she said that. I went in with glitter polish and she could not remove it completely she took a nail file and started filing g the TOP of my nail to get the polish off it. Ridiculous! !! She used so much nail polish on each toe that it shifted and now it dried like a mountain! With the location being in Sun City West, they may think they can rip off seniors but they will not be ripping me off again! ARE YOU READY FOR THIS........I looked over the menu they had available while I was sitting getting my toes done and I was asking the nail tech questions about their other services using terminology only a beauty professional would use since I am a licensed cosmetologist and the tech had NO CLUE what I was talking about!!! I REALLY DO NOT EVEN THINK SHE WAS LICENSED TO DO NAILS!!!!!!! (AZ STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY MIGHT BE GETTING A PHONE CALL FROM ME THIS WEEK) Let's end this review with saying that I did not rebook ;)
