  • Super sucky that they canceled a 1:30pm flight and the next available one was at 7:30am! Priority Fist Class - my A--. This is bad business. No reroute. No deal. Go to the website to get a refund. That is BS. The agent should go to their website and give me the refund. I'm right here canceling due to American Airlines stupidity. I have a new flight on Southwest.
