  • I had the A/C replaced on my 2006 Kia Sorento in July 2013. It quit working. The warranty was for 12 months or 12,000 miles. I have tried through email and phone messages to get on answer on whether they will still honor the warranty even though I am about 1,000 miles over. The unit did not last a year. The original lasted 7 years and more than 110,000 miles. Seems a brand new unit should last more than a year and 12000 miles. I can't get these folks to even respond as to whether they will honor the warranty or not. No wonder there seems to be so many negative comments about Red Mountain. I have had three of my vehicles serviced here. Not anymore!!!
