rev:text	Thought I'd make a review about an experience I had couple months ago because considering I went to Tonyc yesterday and had way better service than The Cut Above even though apparently they're the same company...it just makes no sense.... I had a blonde ombre and decided to go back to my natural dark hair. I went to go see Jessica since my cousin usually sees her and I saw how her hair turned out which was great! When I arrived, the lady at the front greeted me and asked me to sit in the back and wait for Jessica. She came and asked me what I wanted to do with my hair and I said I wanted a trim and to dye my hair dark again. She said okay and started the dying process. After she put the dye, she came back a few times to see if the dye was setting properly. Other than that, the assistant came to check on me. Once it was time, the assistant was the one who rinsed my hair, and then I was led to the chair for my hair cut. I was expecting about 2 inches off with layers, but Jessica only did 3 snips with the scissors and said I was done. Once again, the assistant came to me and blow dried my hair as well and curl it. My bill came up to over $200, which I don't seem fair because I was expecting an actual cut and an appointment with Jessica, not the assistant. What annoyed me the most was when her next client came (I'm assuming a regular of hers) that was when she stopped cutting and grabbed her assistant to finish my hair. I feel that I should have just the same amount of attention than that other lady, but obviously that wasn't the case. Most likely not coming back here
