  • I took my car for the 12 month appointment to get the oil changed, check everything over etcetera on July 13th. The work took 2 1/2 hours which I was okay with since they were supposed to be looking everything over. The technician and paperwork he gave me indicated that everything was fine. Then four days later I got an email indicating that my one year old car with 7500 miles on it needed a brake job. I left two messages with the service department and finally after over four hours some Eric dude called me back to say it was a blanket email and there was nothing wrong with my car. I don't need this kind of aggravation, and I suggest that something be done about what ever jack ass is responsible for sending out these blanket emails that upset their customers. It is really irritating, not to mention bad business.
