A few years back (06/07) I had the entire engine replaced in my 1998 Eddie Bauer Ford Expedition after getting a fair quote. Spent almost $6,000. Halfway into the work, they said the radiator was also bad and needed to be replaced, adding several hundred more than the original quote. (Saw later, written on the receipt of where they originally purchased the reconditioned engine, that warranty was only good if the radiator was also replaced. This should have been included in the original quote - not lied to about a supposedly bad radiator).
In addition, they sat something on my leather passenger seat while replacing the engine -- the extreme heat of their equipment instantly shrank/shriveled the leather.
To add to the ClusterF***, they provided a "complimentary rental car" for the couple weeks they had my vehicle -- and sent me to the rental place they had an arrangement with. However, they did NOT pay the bill to for the rental car, so Enterprise used MY CREDIT CARD instead. (required as backup along w/ drivers lic) Euro Imports took months of pretending to sift through red tape to reimburse (which they NEVER DID).
I thought they had gone out of business over the years -- but NOW see they just moved their business further north on Scottsdale Rd.
They owner is dishonest -- and the office staff along with their mechanics are incompetent. Be prepared for a horrifying & expensive experience !!!
