Terrible service!! We went to this one and another Earnhardt before it (Dodge, over on Val Vista and the 202). Earnhardt dodge told us the car we were looking for was over at Earnhardt Toyota Scion. So we decided maybe our luck will turn around and the car will be there. The guy at the front was completely rude to my husband (probably because we don't have 20,000 to shell out on a car) but my husband still asked to see a car that was within the Mr ed department. The guy pointed to the lot said he didn't know if it was there but if it was it would be in that area. Talk about crappy customer service, these people only care if they are going to make a lot of money off your sale. His aunt isn't going to be too happy, and she has been a long time customer that they bend over backwards for EVERY TIME she goes in, mainly because she has outstanding credit and money to spend on her upgraded cars.
He looked to be in his 50-60s, I am unsure of his name but he was working in the Mr Ed department around 7-8 PM Monday, September 14th. He was quite rude to my husband.
