  • I try not to review chains but since they didn't bother to give me a receipt this morning I decided to go for it. Hopefully someone will read this and care enough to make a change. I stop here frequently because of the location. I don't come here because of their fast service (its not) or their engaging staff. There's maybe three people who work here that act like they like their job. I get that it's early in the morning (6amish) how hard is it to find morning people? This morning the cashier offered no greeting, no smile, no attempt to try to help me get my card to her (no receipt either which is why I'm here complaining). She has to be the most unfriendly person who works there. It took a good 10 or so minutes to get me a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I guess since it's such an inconvenience to them I should hit up another location or save my waist line and wallet and forego it altogether.
