  • I don't want to be redundant, so take a look at Kit L's review. I completely agree with her 100%. But to just add a few things. I can't tell you how hard it is to find someone who is honest, dependable and takes pride in his/her work. Well, Michael of Total Tile is all that and more. If it is possible to give 6 stars I would do it. We had a severe pool issue that our previous pool service caused and they royally messed up the pool. The chemistry was WAY off and it required a draining and refill of the pool as well as a bead blasting of the tile. Not only was this service performed above my level of expectations, I was impressed that Michael took the time to check the weather report to see when it would be cool enough to drain the pool without the heat damaging the plaster. He picked a day that was cool enough to safely do this. I honestly believe that if we were in June, July or August, he would not have drained the pool. Again . . .Honesty, Integrity, Professional, Hard-Working and Dependable. . . oh and I left out that he keeps you informed of the progress and is very fair with his pricing given the level of quality and service. I highly recommend Michael and his company!
