  • WORST maid experience ever. I wish I could give 0 stars to Ace Cleaning in Toronto. Maid broke $400 Dyson vacuum cleaner by carelessly placing it somewhere. I witnessed this myself. Company was confronted and then began ignoring phone calls and emails. Called them and confronted them from a different number and they picked up! No solution was offered and they hung up on me. End result was that I'm now out a new $400 vacuum cleaner and will be finding a new cleaner. Please do not use Ace Cleaning in Toronto!
