  • Just tried to take my Corgi mix there today. Made an appointment yesterday for 11 am and brought him in on time. I got a call an hour later saying he wouldn't be done until 3 pm. OK, I know stuff happens sometimes. So I arrive to pick him up at around 2:45 fully expecting them to be finishing him up when I found out they haven't even started him yet and told me it would be at least another hour. Asked why he isn't ready when I dropped him off 4 hours ago I get a bogus answer of there were only 2 groomers there. I've never been in there or any other place except PetSmart where they have more than that anyway. Plus, they knew that ahead of time and still kept him caged up for 4 hours and didn't have the decency to call and tell me that he wouldn't be ready. I tell them that they should have told me al ong time ago that he wouldn't be ready at 3 so at that point they don't even say anything and just give him back to me. The said I could bring him back, no kidding. Otherwise, no apology or offer to rectify the situation (eg discount on next visit, etc.). The counter lady just says under her breadth, "it happens" and I quickly replied "Not anymore it won't". Never going back there again. What horrible service and they obviously don't value the customer nor know how to run a basic business. I will be bringing him back to Poochies tomorrow.
