rev:text	I'm not too sure about this company, not only because of the bartender (who shouldn't be a representative for the whole company but unfortunately it does take a toll), but because of the service charge I received. I was late to pay my bill because I was being charged $0.20 per person as a service charge on my invoice, and it stated I had 125 people. I only had 50 at my event- and it said the server would receive a "generous proportion" of this charge. So when the guy called for my payment I told him I had opted for a tip jar at the event so she could get tips that way instead of me having to pay for everyone's drink tips. He said that the charge was just wrote like that, and that it was 20% just typical service charge based on my 5 hours of service (which was $125), and that the server gets none of it. I told him they needed to sort that out because it seems they are lying to the customer on the invoice, and it was the reason I was late to pay because I didn't have 125 people at my event. When I first got to my event, my dad asked me if the bartender was drunk. I was so busy and hectic I hadn't noticed her, except she was a bit loud and exaggerated in speech, but I thought that was her personality, and hey it might have been. But after the party a couple of my friends said she seemed out of it, like on scripts or something. She poured heavy drinks and wasn't rude or in the way or drinking or anything, so I didn't care, but with adults around I could understand if the party was uncomfortable. When I told the guy about this on the phone, he said "Ohhhhhh was it the blonde girl" as if it had happened before, and it wasn't a blonde girl. That threw me off a bit. Overall though, the service is VERY easy to set up and get a bartender. Maybe I just had an awkward experience. I'd probably set up an event through them again, and just hope for my professionalism.
