  • It's odd that I find myself longing for when this property was managed by Camden just several short months ago. They've increased rent while offering no increase or improvement in services. They repainted the buildings; which is great other than the fact that the paint went everywhere, including the door peephole and door rugs. My vehicle was littered with "parking violations" stickers on the window for the first few months, even after clarifying that there was no issue with the front office multiple times and then going so far as to telling me and reassuring me multiple times that my vehicle is on a "safe" list. Now, most recently, I wake up to the fact that my vehicle has been towed. I moved my vehicle from my covered space that was posted as going to be resurfaced and is a no parking zone for 2 days to an uncovered space with no notifications up. Silly me thinking I would be in the clear for following the rules. I sincerely look forward to the end of my lease and moving elsewhere after residing here for almost 5 years. Mirasol has been a terrible company and I wish for their demise.
