I signed up for Ebox and so far I am impressed with their customer service. They kept me informed and followed up on me throughout the whole transition from Acanac. The worst part about the transfer was trying to get Acanac to cooperate. The initial deadline of April 16 was missed. I rescheduled for May 5th and only on May 11th did the disconnect actually take place. Ebox was great in managing to reconnect me on the same day of the disconnect from Acanac. Right now I am a happy customer. I will update if things change but so far Ebox has impressed me.
