  • I am never buying a pair of glasses here again. Horrible. This was my first time buying glasses from this place and I an extremely disappointed. Yes, they have a large selection of glasses and eccentric eyewear however you cannot return them after 30 days if you aren't completely satisfied. I made the mistake of assuming I could since I buy my glasses every 2 years from Lenscrafters. The service I received was on par with Lenscrafters and nothing done out of the ordinary. I received my glasses in about a week (I have astigmatism) and already a few days after they were falling off my face. I reterned once again the week after and 3 weeks after for the same reasons. I complained that something must be wrong with the frame as this never happened to me in my 20 years of wearing eyeglasses. The manager tightened them the final third time and they were fine a little tight but fine but they always hurt me on my left ear on and off. Once again they are slightly loose on my ears and I've just noticed a have massive scratches on my lens. I didnt have them last night and I never throw them down. I perhaps dropped them as that does occur but I've never in my life experienced this. I am very upset at the fact that I've had these glasses for only 3 months and I continuously have issues with them. I will be returning once again to see the manager and show her the scratches and try and return them as I really don't want to deal with them anymore or their products. The frames are nice but that's where it stops. I am a very dissatisfied customer to say the least.
