We come here once a month, sometimes twice a month for my husband's work and to visit family. The staff is always so friendly and nice to us. I have to sniff out my room before committing and they're always kind enough to let me do that (bad allergies to everything, and too much febreze makes my lungs shut down). We've traveled pretty frequently and this hotel has some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered. Not one bad egg.
The pool is beautiful and the location of the hotel is nice and quiet. I haven't had issues with noisy neighbors either so I think the hotel must be well built. The gym looks nice but I've never used it.
I like that they aren't pet friendly. I hate getting hives at hotels.
My only complaints are that there is no microwave in the room. Such a pain to have to go down to the lobby to heat up food or a baby bottle in the middle of the night.
Also, windows don't open. I hate this! It's not healthy to never open a window and get fresh air. Why do hotels do this?
The waterfall by the entrance is disgusting and moldy smelling, no matter how many deodorizers they put near it (that just masks the bad stuff rather than fixing a problem and adds toxins to the air) nor how much bleach they pour in it. It needs to go!
