  • Wow, great service in the bedding section! I was looking for a duvet and cover that wouldn't require selling my kidneys on the black market and was having a tough time, despite this being white sale season. The customer rep came up and offered to help, and didn't balk at all when I said I was looking for something inexpensive. She seemed to get where I was coming from and showed me a great duvet and told me the differences between down, synthetics, and why the prices are so different. She recommended a particular brand and I got it, and after night 1, I'm really happy with it. I was also looking for a duvet cover that would be less than $150 after tax and a warm, dark colour. Apparently this doesn't exist at the Bay ($400 for sheets? REALLY?!), but she did search high and low with me including checking stock at the back. I'm very impressed with the service and quality of product that I got. I'll likely be back again next time things are on sale.
