Took my 2013 GS350 in for a recall and when I picked it up there was a giant crack in the windshield. I grabbed my service advisor and showed it to him and he immediately got the service manager involved. Service manager looks at the crack that runs about 2 feet across the drivers side and asks if this was this way when I brought it in. He then asks if I have glass coverage on my insurance policy and says he can have my glass guy fix it under my coverage. REALLY??? You want me to fix your damage with my insurance coverage? Wow... I guess he forgot I have been coming to this dealership for 10 years and both my cars are lexus', my 2 best friends have service done at this dealer and my inlaws have 3 cars they bring in. I will never go back and would suggest you use another dealer for service.
