  • I wish I could give a higher rating but the customer service ruined it. Pros: They have gels that match exactly regular polish so you can do gel nails and regular pedicure and have them perfectly the same color. Also the massage chairs for pedicures are amazing. One of the best chairs Ive ever sat in. The deluxe pedicure is well worth the extra money. Cons: I called to make an appointment and while I was getting my pedicure they started to get busy. When i asked for the deluxe pedicure she told me she didn't have time! Then the 2 people that sat next to me 3 minutes after me was offered the deluxe pedicure. Really?!?! She didn't even help me put my shoes back on at the end. Clearly she was too busy with the next client but she should have never made my appointment if she didn't have time to finish a service. I would understand if I was a walk in but I had an appointment! This was really a disappointing experience because I really loved everything else.
