Went in to Upgrade my wifes phone. We were next in line. There were 2 employees who each were helping a customer. As we were waiting another couple came in and sat down to wait. We had already waited 40 mins and when 1 employee was done taking care of his customer he went straight to the couple sitting down to assist them rather than asking "who's next?". We waited another 45 mins for that employee to finish helping that couple. Meanwhile another couple had come in. That employee rather than come to us...merely asked us "do you have a question" ? Really dude...you think id be standing here for an hour and a half just to ask a question. My wife was heated and asked him if he gets commission on an upgrade. He replied "yes". She continued to say "ok i will wait for other associate." I told him we had been waiting for 90 mins & that he helped the other people that came in after us. He said "sorry i didnt see you". Wow...really? So we continued to wait for the other associate. We upgraded wifes phone. Employee supposedly transferred contacts, etc from her phone. He eventually handed us both her old phone & new phone and said we were good to go. We got home. I tried to text my son from my phone. Wldnt go thru. Tried texting someone else...wldnt go thru. I tried making a phone call. I was unable to make outgoing calls (recording said "unable to locate your service")as well as text or recv texts. I told my wife to use her new cell phone and call the house. Low & behold on the caller id on house phone said my cell #. As my wife was going thru her new phn she wondered why all my contacts were on here phn. The Sprint employee had transferred all my info from my cell# to wifes new cell. I asked her to go get her old phn. She turned it on and was able to make calls etc from it. So they fucked my whole day up as well as shut my phone off & transferred all info to wifes phn & now i have to go in again today to probably wait another few hrs for them to fix situation. Im a long haul driver who is only home 5 days every 2 months. I do not want to spend that time in Sprint. Terrible customer service & associates who do not know what theyre doing. If you can handle your issue over the phone i would.
