Chef Vincent Pousselle* was phenomenal. He came out and described why he chose to use truffle in his meals. He was amazing! He was impressive in the sense that he cares what his guests experience and honestly I couldn't be more impressed. The ribeye was exquisite and the risotto w/black truffle complimented the meal well! We had a lovely date and were very happy. Chris was with us every step of the way describing their different wines and completely gave us the ultimate experience. This place exudes class and elegant dining. Come here if you want thee "Vegas Experience"!
