  • I just moved into town and wasn't sure who I could go to that would beable to cut and color my hair so I decided to try this sanity salon as I do not know anybody to ask who to go to. so I took a gamble and went with this place. I was put in the sameday which I loved bc when I call to have my hair done im a lil impatient. I was put with a master stylists and she was very nice BUT when she washed my hair she got water and soap in my eyes and even soaked my shirt (the hair washing is supposed to b the best part) when I got back to my seat I noticed there was hair on my chair from the client before me so I had to ask her to clean it off. once I sat down she cut my hair and did a good job BUT not a good enough job for 45 dollars. when it came time to style my hair she started with blow drying it. She completely knotted up my hair everywhere (which I have very thick but short hair) and was blowing the very hot air from dryer on my face pretty much the entire time she dried it. once she was done with that she ripped out ALOT of my hair when she needed to comb out what she knotted. which all my hair was knotted. when she straightened my hair she used some products on it but she pulled so hard on my hair and was burning my hair with the flat iron. all in all I would not recommend going here unless u wanna pay a high price for a bad job. when I get my hair done its supposed to b relaxing and it was so far from that. I gave the place 2 stars only because the women was nice. hope this helps others
