Yeah, the idea of fusion is strange for me. I still have trouble wrapping my head around things like this, but my boyfriend wanted to try it out, and I have to admit that I was curious too.
The menu has three pages: a straight Mexican page, a straight Korean page, and a page of Mexican/Korean fusion items that appear to be predominantly Mexican-based with Korean sauces added. We got two items off this menu: a fusion taco and a fusion chimichanga. We also ordered the bulgogi dish off the Korean menu.
These items are not the most authentic Korean or Mexican dishes you'll have, but they're not trying to be. It's fun fusion food with portions big enough for leftovers. The vegetables in my bulgogi dish were frozen, not fresh. Chicken was pretty good in the bulgogi dish though.
Service was friendly. I would do this again. Strange, but it works.
